Lourmel Metro Station
Lourmel is a station on line 8 of the Paris Metro, located in the 15th arrondissement. The station was opened on July 27, 1937. It is located at the crossroads of Felix-Faure Avenue and Lourmel street. His name comes from General Frederic Henri Le Normand de Lourmel (1811-1854), who was killed at the Battle of Inkerman during the Crimean War (1853-1856).
